History:

The origin of Servall Uniform & Linen dates back to 1916 when George M. Dudley started Dudley Laundry, a family laundry business, in Norfolk, Nebraska. Darrel Dudley, George’s son, worked in his father’s laundry after school and during his summer vacations and was part of the growth of northeast Nebraska’s most up-to-date cleaning establishments, Dudley’s Dry Cleaners & Launderers.

Servall Uniform & Linen had its origins in 1936 when Darrel Dudley recognized a need for linen supply in the food service industry in Norfolk. In 1938 he expanded the textile rental business to Rapid City, South Dakota. Through the years, with Darrell’s two sons George and Doug, the textile rental business has changed tremendously and Servall Uniform & Linen has evolved to meet those needs.

Today, the company rents and services over 500 products, including linen products to the hospitality market, uniforms to the industrial market, and dust control services and business apparel to all types of commercial businesses. Servall also provides direct sale linens, garments, logo mats, restroom supplies and paper products. Servall is able to offer competitive pricing to its customers through the purchasing power of Central States Network. Central States is an alliance of more than 150 independent launderers from across the nation and as a member Servall is able to get the best pricing available through their cooperative purchasing program.

Servall Uniform & Linen remains an independently owned business headed by Brad Dudley, its fourth generation President.

Service Area: We currently visit communities weekly throughout most of South Dakota and eastern Wyoming.

Customer Service: As a Servall customer your business will be inventoried a minimum of once a quarter to make certain your needs are being met. Furthermore, you will be visited by one of our Service Managers to assure you are getting the best service possible.

Community Involvement: We support a bowling league, a softball team, and products for special events but behind the scenes we support many non-profit organizations that really help the people in need.
